Terms of Service

By creating an account or paying for a VPS PRO service you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide virtual and dedicated servers, related IPs, and a client dashboard. Uptime target is 99.95% on a monthly basis, excluding planned maintenance and issues outside our network.

Your responsibilities

• Keep credentials secret and use the service lawfully.
• Do not host spam, phishing, malware, or content that is illegal in India.
• Pay invoices on time. Unpaid services may be suspended, then deleted after notice.

Acceptable use

Network abuse (open relays, DDoS origination, cryptomining that saturates a shared node without a dedicated plan) may result in immediate suspension. We will try to contact the account email first when the situation allows.

Liability

Servers are sold as-is for the billing period. We are not liable for data loss on a VM you did not back up. Our liability for a paid month is limited to the fees you paid for that month.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
