Return Policy

VPS, dedicated servers, and related hosting are digital services. This page is the refund and cancellation rule for orders placed on vpspro.co.in.

Before a server is delivered

If payment is taken but the service is not provisioned (payment failed, duplicate charge, or we cannot fulfil the plan), we refund the amount to the original method or as site credit, usually within 5–7 working days of confirmation.

After a server is delivered

Once IP and login details are issued, that billing period is non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from the dashboard so the next cycle is not charged.

Wallet credit

Unused wallet credit can be applied to a new order. Cash refund of wallet balance is not offered except where required by law or in the case of a proven duplicate top-up.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback, the matching service may be suspended while the bank investigates. Contact us first at support@vpspro.co.in so we can correct billing mistakes quickly.
