Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VPS PRO collects when you use vpspro.co.in, how that data is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, phone, and billing address.
• Order and service records: plan, hostname, IP, invoices, and support messages.
• Payment metadata from Cashfree or Paytm (transaction id, amount, status). We do not store your full card or UPI PIN.
• Basic logs: IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and debug faults.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, provision servers, take payment, send invoices and credentials, and respond to support. We do not sell customer lists.

Processors

Payments may be processed by Cashfree or Paytm. Upstream infrastructure is purchased through our hosting suppliers. Those providers see only what is required to complete the transaction or run the VM.

Retention

Account and invoice records are kept for tax and dispute handling. You can ask us to close an unused account; we may retain records that Indian law requires.
